WC-to-Bathroom Conversion with Shower and Hand Basin
A key part of this Westminster refurbishment was converting the existing WC into a fully functional bathroom with a shower and hand basin. The space was reconfigured to accommodate the new facilities and support everyday use.
The bathroom renovation included new plumbing and fixture installation, including the shower and hand basin, together with new tiling, electrical work, painting and decoration as part of the agreed conversion. Bringing these elements together created a compact, usable shower room with a coordinated finish.
Kitchen Layout Changes and Interior Remodelling
We changed the kitchen layout as part of the wider property renovation, reorganising the interior to work with the newly created room. The kitchen alterations were coordinated with the partition walls, door positions and surrounding finishes.
This work focused on making better use of the existing internal space. It formed one part of the complete refurbishment, connecting the kitchen changes with the bathroom conversion and the rest of the interior.
Stud Wall and Plasterboard Installation to Create a New Room
KTCS Construction installed new stud partition walls and plasterboard to create an additional room within the property. These internal layout changes established a separate space and were completed with the associated door installation and finishing work.
The new walls were incorporated into the overall decorating scheme, helping the additional room sit comfortably within the remodelled interior.
New Doors, Skirting Boards and Flooring
The renovation also included internal door installation, skirting board installation and new flooring. These elements brought the reconfigured spaces together and completed the transition from building work to a finished interior.
Attention to the junctions between flooring, skirting boards, walls and door openings contributed to a neat, consistent appearance across the completed areas.
Electrical Work, Painting and Decorating
Electrical work formed part of the refurbishment alongside the bathroom and layout alterations. Painting and decorating completed the interior transformation, giving the remodelled rooms and new surfaces a fresh, coordinated appearance.
Managing the different trades within one renovation project helped connect the installation work with the final decorative finish.
