How we approach the work
We confirm the layout and selected products early because sanitaryware dimensions, valve positions, wastes and tile sizes affect the first-fix stage. After strip-out, the sequence typically moves through repairs/structure, plumbing and electrical first fix, wall preparation, waterproofing where specified, tiling, second fix, sealing and final testing/finishing.
We do not promise that every bathroom is “waterproof” without specifying the system and scope. Electrical work near baths/showers may be notifiable and is handled through the appropriate competent route.
