How we approach the work
The correct route depends on the size, use and location of the proposed building. Before construction, the project should establish the relevant planning, Building Regulations, drainage, structural and utility requirements. KTCS then works from the approved/issued information and coordinates the build sequence through to finishing.
Clients can combine structural construction with the finishing trades that make the space ready to use, reducing handover gaps between shell contractors and interior trades.
