Finishing & Decorating
Painting, Decorating & Wallpapering
KTCS Painters & Decorators provide careful interior and exterior decorating for homes, rental properties, offices and commercial premises. Good decorating starts with preparation, not the final coat, so our scope focuses on repairing, filling, sanding, priming and finishing surfaces correctly.
What we can include
- Interior walls and ceilings
- Woodwork, doors, frames and skirting
- Exterior masonry and external joinery
- Surface repairs, filling and sanding
- Mist coats and priming
- Feature walls and colour changes
- Wallpaper removal and wall preparation
- Standard and specialist wallpaper hanging
- Rental-property redecoration
- Commercial and communal-area decorating
- Decorating following plastering or renovation works
How we approach the work
We inspect the surfaces, protect floors/furniture, remove loose material, repair defects, sand and prepare, apply suitable primers or base coats, then build the specified finish coats. Wallpaper work includes wall preparation, setting-out, pattern matching and careful trimming around corners, openings and fittings.
KTCS Construction provides professional painting and decorating in Harrow and across London, including interior and exterior painting, wallpaper installation and thorough surface preparation. From a single room to a complete property, our painters and decorators focus on protecting your home, working carefully and delivering a high-quality finish.
