KTCS Construction completed the full renovation of two bathrooms in Slough, replacing the existing fittings and finishes to create fresh, comfortable spaces for our client.
This was a complete refurbishment rather than a cosmetic update. We removed the old bathroom suites and carried out new plumbing, electrical work, tiling and flooring before installing the replacement fittings. The work across the two bathrooms included a new bathtub, washbasins, toilets and shower glass, with careful attention to how each element came together.

Scope of Work
Bathroom Strip-Out and Preparation
We removed the existing bathroom suites and prepared both rooms for refurbishment. This provided the starting point for the new plumbing, electrical work, tiling and replacement fittings.
New Bathroom Suite Installation
We installed the new bathroom suites, including the bathtub, washbasins and toilets within the agreed scope. Each fitting was incorporated into the renovation alongside the surrounding tiles, flooring and plumbing connections.
Complete New Plumbing
The project included new plumbing for the replacement bathroom fittings, covering the associated water supply and waste connections. We coordinated this work with the installation stages before completing the surrounding finishes.
Wall Tiling and New Bathroom Flooring
New tiles and flooring refreshed the appearance of both bathrooms. Our team paid close attention to tile alignment, grout lines, edges and the junctions around the fittings to achieve a neat, consistent finish.
Shower Glass Installation
We fitted new shower glass as part of the refurbishment, completing the bathing area and complementing the updated bathroom fittings and tiled surfaces.
Electrical Work
Electrical work was completed as part of the overall bathroom renovation and coordinated with the plumbing, fitting and finishing stages.
Final Detailing and Finishing
We completed the finishing details around the sanitaryware, shower glass, tiles and flooring. Careful attention to these smaller details helped bring both bathrooms together with a clean, professionally finished appearance.
