Established in 2009, we bring more than 17 years of industry experience and today serve homeowners, landlords, property investors, developers and commercial clients across Harrow, North West London, West London and surrounding areas.

Yes. We can coordinate structural changes, plumbing, electrical works, plastering, flooring, bathrooms, decorating and final finishes as one renovation scope.
Do you build extensions and loft conversions?
Yes. We undertake extension and loft-conversion construction, including associated structural and finishing works. Planning, design and Building Regulations requirements are confirmed for each project.
Can I use KTCS for painting or plastering only?
Yes. We undertake individual trade packages as well as full refurbishments.
