Requirements depend on the property and scope. KTCS will identify relevant construction requirements within the agreed service and work with the appropriate designers, engineers, building-control bodies or registered trades where these are part of the project.

Yes. We can coordinate structural changes, plumbing, electrical works, plastering, flooring, bathrooms, decorating and final finishes as one renovation scope.
Do you build extensions and loft conversions?
Yes. We undertake extension and loft-conversion construction, including associated structural and finishing works. Planning, design and Building Regulations requirements are confirmed for each project.
Can I use KTCS for painting or plastering only?
Yes. We undertake individual trade packages as well as full refurbishments.
